Vietnamese Iced Coffee

At least 2.5 (big phin) or 2 (small phin) tbsp Cafe du Monde
1. woks of life actually says 3 tbsp
2 tbsp condensed milk in glass under phin
Pour two tbsp boiling water in phin, wait 5s to “bloom” coffee
Gently press filter in phin to slow (upcoming) drip rate a little
Pour water into phin and let it drip out
Then mix the condensed milk and coffee, then pour into glass half full of crushed ice
