                Vietnamese Iced Coffee
- At least 2.5 (big phin) or 2 (small phin) tbsp Cafe du Monde
- woks of life actually says 3 tbsp
 
 - 2 tbsp condensed milk in glass under phin
 - Pour two tbsp boiling water in phin, wait 5s to “bloom” coffee
 - Gently press filter in phin to slow (upcoming) drip rate a little
 - Pour water into phin and let it drip out
 - Then mix the condensed milk and coffee, then pour into glass half full of crushed ice
