Korean BBQ Chicken
- Preheat grill to around 400. Low heat, 15m per side. Internal temp should be 145° to 165°.
Korean Short Ribs (Galbi)
- Preheat grill to medium high, around 400. Lower heat, cook until meat is no longer pink, 7m per side.
