Grilled Cheeseburgers and Hamburgers
Prep
- Butter the buns
- Oil the burgers, and apply salt and pepper on top.
Grilling
- Wipe warm grill with oiled paper towel.
- Get grill up to 450 to 500. Med flame, 5m per side
- After flipping, season the other side. (Salt, Pepper, maybe garlic)
- One minute before finishing, add cheese
- Toast buns
