Grilled Flank Steak

Similar to the Flat Iron.

  • Preheat grill to 450-500°F.
  • Pat the steak dry, season it, put it on the grill.
  • Grill about 5 minutes per side on a hot grill until ~135°F in the thickest part for medium rare.
  • Allow the steak to rest for 5-10 minutes after grilling before slicing against the grain.
