Goal: Learn a few Kanji for vacation to Hong Kong and Japan. Stretch goal: Learn JLPT N5 (About 100 Kanji)

Anki, a Spaced Repetition System. Getting started with Anki. Domenic Denicola suggests you change your Anki algorithm to FSRS.

Joe Strout's learn Kanji by radical first. Joe used Wani Kani which requires pay at level 4, but there's also Kanji Garden.
