+To get [[https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/wsl2-index|WSL 2]] to work, I had to go into Bios (Delete key during boot) and enable Virtualization. For me, it was Tweaker → Advanced CPU Settings → SVM Mode.
