Similar to the Flat Iron.
Preheat grill to ~450°F.
Pat the steak dry, season it, put it on the grill.
Grill about 5 minutes per side on a hot grill until ~135°F in the thickest part for medium rare.
Allow the steak to rest for 5-10 minutes after grilling before slicing against the grain.
