  - **2 tbsp condensed milk** in glass under phin
  - Pour two tbsp boiling water in phin, wait 5s to "bloom" coffee
  - Gently press filter in phin to slow (upcoming) drip rate a little
  - Pour water into phin and let it drip out
  - Then mix the condensed milk and coffee, then pour into glass **half full of crushed ice**
