  * Frozen peas
  * Two small Russet potatoes

===== Instructions =====

  - Dice a couple of russet potatoes. Soak them in water for 15 minute to remove the starch.
  - Make the rice.
  - Heat the curry, toss in frozen peas right away.
  - Boil the diced potatoes until cooked but still firm.
  - At the last minute, put the potatoes into the curry.
